The appointment process is intuitive with a modern design. When completing the chosen branch, the system brings up the available shifts and allows selecting the preferred date and time, and then the personal data must be completed. When scheduling the appointment, a unique code is generated and an automatic email is sent with the appointment information, including the cancellation option.
