When it comes to Technology, Collision is the fastest growing conference in the world and one of the biggest. Since 2015, every year more than 38.000 people from 140 countries gather together to buy and sell technology. Attendees can set 1to1 meetings, watch talks and learn from some of the most experienced pioneers in the tech industry. The content tracks cover almost every industry related to tech: marketing, politics, health, fintech and lots more.
Despite the fact that this event is normally face-to-face, 2020 and 2021 were “special” years and the event was fully online so that everyone could attend. With some of the most influential companies and speakers participating, the event took place from 20th to 22nd April. A huge variety of companies attended this massive event, from startups to some of the biggest companies in the world of technology. The importance of this conference is that you can create long term relationships, you can make meaningful connections and continue the conversations after the conference ends.
The conference was divided into 6 different themes: Marketing and Media, Developers and Data, Society, Commerce, Lifestyle and Business Development. Under these themes, a huge variety of topics were presented by the different speakers, and attendants could participate in the talks they wanted to. Speakers were carefully selected, you could listen to famous speakers such as David Beckham, Ryan Reynolds, or owners from the biggest companies in the world such as Biz Stone, co-founder of Twitter, Katherine Maher, CEO of Wikipedia, and others.

Rootstack participated in this international event taking part in 1to1 meetings with people from different countries and companies, generating good leads and relations with some of the most important companies. This was a very valuable part of the event, where we had the possibility to connect with founders, CEOs and other leaders to talk about the latest news in the industry and our role as technology services providers. Participating in Collision 2021 was a very good experience and also helped our company gain recognition.
